SPRINGDALE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Two people were hurt in a two-car accident in Springdale Township.
According to police, one car T-boned another on Freeport Road. The crash caused the blue sedan through to go trees and roll down a hillside for at least 50 feet.
The vehicle ended up on its roof near railroad tracks.

“All we heard was a horrendous crash and glass flying,” said Shad Kelly, manager of a nearby gas station.
An elderly man leaving that gas station hit the blue sedan, which was being driven by a young man in his 20s. He managed to climb out of the vehicle and back up the hillside.
Police said both men were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
