A boil water advisory that went into effect in Lawrenceville last week has been lifted.
The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority lifted the order affecting residents of Penn Avenue between 39th and 45th streets on Sunday afternoon.
Two rounds of water quality testing confirmed the water is safe to drink, the PWSA said.
The advisory went into effect Thursday night after a water main break in the area.
