Police said 29-year-old Jazma Mason’s girlfriend told them that Mason had become jealous and began screaming at her as she sat on the couch holding the baby, who is Mason's daughter.
Police said the woman told them that Mason tried to choke her and began throwing punches, hitting the baby with a closed fist.
