While serving the search warrant, they arrested Albert Green, 61, for marijuana possession. He was found in a room on the second floor of the building and, according to police, had a large amount of marijuana.
The Department of Permits, Licenses and Inspections was called to the scene. They condemned the building.
The New Brotherhood Motorcycle Club had been operating without a license, police said.
No arrests have been made in Lyons’ murder.
