MILLVALE, Pa. — People in Millvale are prepared in case the water starts to rise.
Several businesses on North Street have sandbags in front of the doors.
In July, the area experienced serious flooding that damaged numerous businesses, homes and vehicles.
Some people even had to be rescued.
"We're just trying to prep for it in case it would happen again," said Jenny Mendek of Three Rivers Tattoo. "I don't think it's going to, but if it does, i just wanted to be ready."
