NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Four people were hurt Friday morning when their vehicle crashed into a utility pole, which then fell and brought wires down onto a house in North Strabane Township, emergency dispatchers said.
The accident was reported shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Green Valley Road. Officials told the woman who lives in the home that the driver swerved to avoid hitting a deer.
Two adults and two children in the car were hurt, dispatchers said. The extent of their injuries was not immediately known.
