KILBUCK TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A house was damaged by a landslide in Kilbuck Township, Allegheny County, just up Route 65 from Pittsburgh.
The family doesn't know where to turn after extreme damage to their dream home they had just purchased.
The home is not livable and will now need to be torn down.
They claim the landslide was caused by neglect.
Walls are collapsing and dirt is seeping through the foundation into the basement. A caving support beam is holding the entire place up.

It all happened 36 hours after they closed on the house back in April.
She and her husband have now filed a lawsuit against the contractor, excavator and third party building permit issuer.
They say a grading permit was never issued to move the dirt in the first place to build on the property, putting them in direct danger.
"Absolute, total nightmare, it's hard to even put it into words,” said Laura Hartzell, the homeowner.
Tonight on 11 at 11, the reason even the insurance company won't help the new homeowners out.
