NORRISTOWN, Pa. — A date has been set for actor Bill Cosby's retrial on sexual assault charges.
According to NBC News, the retrial will be Nov. 6, in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
A jury from Allegheny County could not come to a unanimous decision and a mistrial was declared last month.

Cosby, 79, was charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault, accused of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, then 30, at his home in 2004.
Each charge carries a possible 10-year sentence.
