PITTSBURGH — Dozens of people camped out and lined up outside the Apple store in Shadyside overnight for the much-anticipated release of the iPhone X.
Some people started waiting in line Thursday. The line of at least 70 people stretched down Walnut Street, each of them hoping to be the first to get their hands on Apple’s latest phone.

The iPhone X boasts a lush screen, and it doesn't have a home button.
Instead of a passcode, the phone will unlock through a facial recognition system called Face ID.
Face ID will work with Apple Pay and with multiple apps.
The iPhone X also comes with a $1,000 price tag.
The Apple store in Shadyside opened at 8 a.m.
