PITTSBURGH — A Hazelwood man was indicted by a federal grand jury on drug and gun charges.
Robert Burkes-Kelley, 23, is accused of possession with the intent to distribute 28 grams or more of cocaine base and quantities of a heroin and fentanyl mixture, heroin, fentanyl and cocaine on Dec. 18.
Burkes-Kelley is also accused of possessing several guns, including a 9mm semiautomatic handgun and rifle.

Burkes-Kelley is facing five to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $4 million.
The Allegheny County police department along with the help of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives conducted the investigation.
