Heavy rain and strong winds moved through western Pennsylvania overnight into Tuesday morning, leading to downed trees and power outages in several areas.
In Marshall Township, a large tree toppled over, coming to rest against a house on Warrendale Bakerstown Road and damaging the roof. An elderly woman who lives in the home was sleeping when the tree crashed onto the roof above her bedroom, allowing water to leak inside.
