School will start on time in Keystone Oaks School District after a potential strike was avoided Wednesday night.
A negotiating session between the district and the Keystone Oaks Education Association – which represents faculty and staff – was apparently successful.

“The strike has been averted!” read a post on the group’s Facebook page. “A tentative agreement has been reached.”
The deal awaits a final vote from both sides on Tuesday, after which the group said details will be released.
