Liquidation sale announced for furniture store that closed suddenly

ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A month after a local furniture store suddenly closed, leaving customers in a lurch and a liquidation sale has been quietly announced.

Channel 11 spotted the "everything being sold" sign outside of the Ross Township Goodnight Baby store.

Hostetter Auctioneers out of Beaver Falls will conduct this auction that will be online only.

Goodnight Baby closed unexpectedly and permanently about a month ago.

Customers told us they did not receive the furniture they ordered and paid for.

The store's owner has not returned our calls.

The only thing we've heard from him is an email he sent to customers saying, "Due to market conditions and factors beyond our control, we will be unable to continue financially."

The auction starts Sunday at 6 p.m. with a preview this Thursday.
