Man accused of threatening to 'shoot up' polling place headed to trial

SOUTH FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man accused of threatening to shoot up a Washington County polling place has been held for trial.

One of the poll workers, who is the judge of elections, testified about what happened Election Day morning when they told him he was not registered to vote.

She said he became angry and tried to give his driver's license to be allowed to vote. She said when that didn't work he said he was leaving, but was coming back and shooting up the place.

Queen is charged with felony terroristic threats.
