GREENSBURG, Pa. — Police are looking for a man who duplicated someone’s debit card and went on a shopping spree.
Troopers in Greensburg have surveillance video of the man from a mini market in Johnstown, where he bought $163 worth of cigarettes.
Investigators said the victim was at home in Latrobe, with his real debit card.
