GREENSBURG, Pa. — A man is facing charges for groping a boy at a Westmoreland County hotel.
Joseph Celmer Jr. was arrested Tuesday on charges of indecent assault on a person younger than 13, inappropriate contact with a minor, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
According to our news partners TribLive, police were called to the Knight's Inn around 9 p.m. for a fight among guests.

Witnesses told the officer that the fight began when Celmer was in a common area with boys and several adult guardians claimed he groped one of the children, TribLive reported.
The officer said Celmer had a bloody nose and smelled of alcohol and could not tell him what happened.
The alleged victim was a 7-year-old boy.
