Man crashes, steals firefighter's personal truck, police say

DAUGHERTY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man is accused of stealing a volunteer firefighter's personal vehicle from the scene of a crash Tuesday night in Beaver County.

Police said 42-year-old Shaun Reilly crashed his SUV about 10 p.m. along Marion Hill Road in New Brighton. The SUV went through a fence before rolling.

Reilly got out of the SUV and then stole the pickup truck belonging to the volunteer firefighter who stopped to help, authorities said. He drove the truck to Beaver Falls, where he jumped out and walked into a bar.
