A woman using the restroom Friday told police she noticed a small recording device tucked between the toilet paper on the back of the toilet.

"When we were made aware on Friday, we didn’t know who the actor was so we contacted North Huntingdon police department and followed their guidance," company vice president Carl Heller Jr. said.

North Huntingdon Township police downloaded the videos from the recorder. It not only showed four different women being recorded unknowingly, but also the man set up the recording device, himself.

"The digital recording device was set to active and record when it detected motion. It recorded the actor placing the device in the woman’s bathroom... In the video the actor did not turn on the lights to the bathroom and used a flashlight to see while placing the device," the police department said.

Traill has since been fired. He allegedly told police he placed the device there so he could watch it later, and that the videos were just for him to see.
