EAST FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man was shot in his face Saturday afternoon as two men tried to rob him in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania State Police said.
The incident was reported shortly after 4 p.m. on East Brady Road.
Police said the 33-year-old victim from Atlanta, Georgia, was in a home’s driveway when the two men approached and attempted to rob him.
One of the men fired a gun, striking the victim in his face, police said.

The two men fled southbound on Route 268 in a dark-colored sedan.
The victim was flown to a hospital. His condition has not been released.
