Memorial Day weekend 2017 offers parades, family events in Western Pa.

Memorial Day is around the corner, with summer right behind it. And while the weather doesn’t look ideal for a holiday weekend, there are still plenty of events in Western Pennsylvania honoring fallen soldiers and offering families some recreational time.
