Jarosh was charged Friday with making the threat about Hendersonville Elementary School, and on Thursday additional charges were added, accusing her of threatening a principal and teacher on social media.

According to police testimony, Jarosh wrote, “ I am ready to get my own AR 15 and just start taking people out. First is the teacher and principal and everyone else can take a number."

Attorney Jeff Ries claimed Jarosh wasn't serious when she made those threats and this has all been blown out of proportion.

"She’s not a credible threat to herself or the school district merely frustration with the school," he said. "She made statements out of frustration only an has no intent to harm anyone. She’s never been charged with or convicted  of any crimes “

But the judge didn't think so and held all of the charges. Bond for Jarosh has been set at $250,000.
