A man refused to let two small children go when deputies went to arrest him Friday in Pittsburgh's Knoxville neighborhood, according to officials.
Officials said deputies took Troy Frison into custody on drug and gun charges around 6:45 a.m. after getting an anonymous tip.
Deputies found him in a bedroom holding the two children, according to officials.
Officials said deputies eventually talked Frison into surrendering.
He's currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
