A truck crash closed part of the Parkway East between Penn Hills and Monroeville on Tuesday, snarling traffic for hours..
All lanes were reopened around 5 p.m. Officials with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said drivers should prepare for heavy delays.

From Chopper 11, you could see an overturned truck that appeared to be hauling coal or dirt. Several cars were damaged, and one was flipped over on its roof.
PennDOT said drivers should consider alternate routes and use caution if traveling through the area.

Drivers can avoid the parkway by exiting at Church Hill and taking Route 130 to Route 48 as an alternate route.
Leaving the city, drivers can take Route 28 north to the Pennsylvania Turnpike east back to Monroeville.
