Penn State head football athletic trainer Tim Bream has resigned, according to our NBC affiliate WJAC in Johnstown.
Bream is also the former live-in Beta Theta Pi advisor and was living in the house during the death of pledge Timothy Piazza.
He has been with the university since 2012.
According to WJAC, Bream has not been charged, but has been criticized for being unaware of the events leading up to Piazza's death.
