“Do you want to say anything? Do you take total responsibility?” Channel 11 asked as police escorted Abmayer.

“Yes, ma'am,” he replied.

“Why?”

“Because it was my mess-up.”

In the Center Drive home, police say they found 15 pounds of vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana,

hree boxes full of cannabis oils, edible marijuana candy, scales and packing materials, not to mention $40,000 in cash they found in a safe.

“Any time you can get the stuff off the streets, it's a good day,” said police Chief Barry Kramer.

Police say Abmayer was staying with a friend at the house where small children live, as well. Police estimate the street value of the seizure at $150,000.

“It's never safe when kids are there, when it's in the community,” Kramer said. “We got this off the street.”

Abmayer told Channel 11 he's definitely going to change his ways after this arrest.

Channel 11 checked his criminal background and learned he's no stranger to police.
