PITTSBURGH — A police officer was injured when his cruiser was T-boned Thursday morning in Pittsburgh’s South Side.
Police said a car ran a stop sign about 4:15 a.m. at South 21st and Sarah streets. It struck the police cruiser and sustained front-end damage.
The officer was taken to a hospital, where he was treated and released. It is unclear what kind of injuries he suffered.
