McKEES ROCKS, Pa. — Allegheny County police are searching for suspects after two people were shot Monday night in McKees Rocks.
Police responded just after 10 p.m. to the 800 block of Frank Street after neighbors heard gunshots and called police.
Investigators said one victim was standing on a porch and another victim was walking on the sidewalk when a man came from an abandoned house and started shooting. Witnesses told police they saw sparks coming from the house.
One of the victims, a 38-year-old man, was hit six times in his legs and once in the groin, police said. The second victim, a 43-year-old man, was hit once in the wrist and once in the leg.
Investigators believe they are searching for at least two suspects because they recovered two different shell casings from the scene.

Investigators are trying to determine a motive and if the victims were the intended targets of the shooting.
Both victims were taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
“I was scared. I was shook because I was, like, right here in my living room and it sounded like the shots were right here,” Brittany Edwards, a neighbor, said.
Edwards’ daughters were upstairs in their home at the time of the shooting. Edwards said she heard about 10 gunshots.
“I literally jumped to the floor, and I was, like, 'Oh, crap. The girls,' and I ran upstairs and called police,” Edwards said.
