Police confirm to Channel 11 they found him inside a house on Kerr Street. They don't know what brought him to the area or how long he's been here.

Channel 11 looked into his criminal history and learned he's been arrested for theft, conspiracy and drugs over the years.

Police say they not only got him, but also arrested Summer Clark-Eckard inside of the house.

She's also wanted for drug charges out of Johnstown.

Both were arrested without any problems and are in the Beaver County Jail.
