WASHINGTON, Pa. — The Rick Ross and Lil Uzi concert at Wild Things Park in Washington has been canceled despite security increases in the aftermath of bombings in England following an Ariana Grande concert last month.
It was announced yesterday on the Wild Things website that the concert was canceled.
The Baseball league officials are waiting to release a public statement.

The announcement on the website said, "We apologize for any inconvenience our patrons have or may experience and assure you that we are just as disappointed."

Those who purchased tickets were directed to contact their point of purchase for a refund.
More than 5,000 people were expected to attend, according to a spokesman. Before the concert was canceled, the Washington Wild Things planned to triple security at the ballpark.
