Musician Tom Petty has died after he was rushed to the hospital Sunday night in full cardiac arrest, according to TMZ.
Petty, 66, who became famous as the lead singer of rock band Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, was found unconscious, according to the website, which cited unnamed law enforcement sources.
TMZ says he was rushed to UCLA Santa Monica Hospital.
