HARMAR TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A second egg has been laid in the bald eagle nest in Harmar Township, the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania announced Tuesday night.
The egg was laid about 6:46 p.m. The first egg appeared in the nest Saturday.
The parents have been incubating the eggs, so the Audubon Society said it’s eagle camera has only caught a few glimpses of the second egg. However, it can be seen in the video below.
Bald eagles typically lay one to four eggs at intervals of two to four days, according to the Audubon Society.
