ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — The Allegheny County Health Department announced on Thursday the second probable human case of West Nile virus this year.

According to ACHD, a man in his late 60s from Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood remains hospitalized.
West Nile virus has been regularly found in Allegheny County since 2002, according to ACHD. From 2013 to 2017, there were six reported cases.
