Police said the teens ordered their victims to drive to an ATM and withdraw $80 then instructed the driver not to talk to anyone or he would shoout the other victim.
Upon further investigation, the victims admitted to meeting Stamps in the street the day before for an agreed upon drug deal.
Police are now looking into whether Stamps may be connected to the robbery of a police driver earlier this week just two blocks away.
