The Stanley Cup is taking a victory lap throughout the Pittsburgh area and was on display Friday night at South Hills Village Mall.
People waited in long lines to get a chance to snap a picture with history.

It is the ‘Summer of Stanley’ so you can bet there will be more opportunities to see it for yourself.
The Penguins bested 30 other NHL teams for the second consecutive year to earn the right to touch the Stanley Cup.
At 4 p.m., the Dick's Sporting Goods location at South Hills Village will being issuing wristbands to groups of two to 10 people, allowing them to take photos with the iconic trophy beginning at 5 p.m.
Only the first 300 groups will receive wristbands.
The event is free.
