Police swarmed the area of Berry and Scotia streets while curious neighbors looked on. When police forced entry into the home at approximately 8:40 p.m., the suspect -- George Andrew Dorsey --  was not inside.

Emergency dispatchers said the incident started around 4 p.m. The Ingram police chief said Dorsey barricaded himself in the house when officers tried to serve a warrant out of Bethel Park. He is wanted on charges of aggravated and sexual assault.

SWAT officers had surrounded the home on multiple sides and ordered Dorsey to exit the home. At one point, police on a loudspeaker told all people inside the Scotia Street home to "get down on the floor." Police also set off several flash-bang devices.

Dorsey's family said they don't know where he is.

"This is so blown out of proportion and it's breaking my heart that we have to go through this," said the suspect's sister, Becky Dorsey.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call police.
