McKEESPORT, Pa. — A family’s home was damaged by fire early Thursday morning in McKeesport.
Officials said the fire, which was reported shortly after 1 a.m. on 25th Street, is suspicious. It started on the second floor.
At one point, flames started to spread to two neighboring homes.

The family who lives in the home where the fire started was not inside at the time, and they will be displaced for Thanksgiving.
“The family was up the street with relatives,” McKeesport Deputy Fire Chief Don Sabol said.
A fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
