The situation ended peacefully and the suspect, Nacoma Salvatore, surrendered.
Police said it was over a pre-existing warrant for a domestic situation.
When police arrived to serve the warrant, Salvatore slammed the door and refused to come out.

Officials said it turned into a hostage situation. There were two other children in the home at the time.
"If they didn't have their guns drawn, he would have came out sooner. All these police officers, whatever you want to call them, was totally uncalled for," said William Salvatore, Nacoma's father.
Police said everyone is safe in the incident.
Salvatore will face several criminal charges.
