NORTH UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 16-year-old Fayette County teen is facing criminal homicide after another teenager was shot and killed on Wednesday.
According to a press release from Pennsylvania State Police, the two were behind a house on Clark Street in North Union Township when Raji Ravem Hickenbottom, 19, was involved in a physical altercation with another individual.

During that altercation, police said the 16-year-old grabbed a gun and fired it at Hickenbottom and the other individual.
The bullet struck Hickenbottom in the chest. He died at Uniontown Hospital after arriving by a private vehicle.
The 16-year-old male juvenile was arrested and charged with criminal homicide as an adult.
