Two teenage boys are accused of throwing rocks off a bridge onto a busy interstate, damaging at least two vehicles.
Police say the boys, ages 13 and 14, picked up rocks and targeted drivers just past the Evans City Exit on Interstate 79.
"Somebody could've gotten seriously injured," said Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Dan Kesten.

For two days in a row, according to police, the young teens sat on their bikes and threw rocks at the cars below. They said the teens hit a few cars, taking out windshields and scaring drivers.
The bridge on Sawyer Road isn't known to many people, and the drop to I-79 is about 30 feet.
Troopers said the teens will be charged in juvenile court.
"If they were doing it as a prank or for a joke, it could have hurt someone," Kesten said.
A similar high-profile case involving rocks happened in 2014, when a 4-pound rock hit an Ohio teacher driving on Interstate 80. The woman suffered permanent injuries.
In October, Channel 11 News reported on three vehicles hit by rocks thrown on Interstate 376 in Brighton Township in Beaver County. The rocks hit two trucks and a car.
