ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — An apparent bomb threat was found at Montour High School Tuesday morning.
A note found in a girl's restroom said, "MHS BOOM! 9/27/18," according to a letter from the Montour School District's superintendent.
The message was similar to one recently found on a restroom stall at Carlynton High School, which said "Sept 26 CHS goes Boom."
Police conducted a sweep of Montour High School, and nothing suspicious was found. Another sweep will be conducted Wednesday and there will be additional security throughout the week.
Due to Wednesday’s sweep, all evening activities are cancelled, the letter said.
