A routine traffic stop took drugs and possible stolen guns off of streets in New Castle, police said.
Police arrested three people in connection with the drug bust – Marcus Thomas, Victoria Mitchell, and Tristen Morgan – Friday morning.
Police said the trio were in car, which was speeding and ran a few red lights. The car pulled over along Halco Drive after police said they ignored the cruiser's lights and sirens.

New Castle Police Chief Bobby Salem told Channel 11 the drugs and even a gun were hidden in Mitchell’s pants.
“We actually saw big bulge in the female’s pants, and it was the gun and the drugs,” Salem said.
Officers confiscated heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl.
Chief Salem says every little bit helps getting this step off the street.
