Teed, 56, failed to showed up at federal prison on Jan. 5 to serve a 10-year sentence.

Agents have been looking for him ever since.

Police said Teed participated in an "under age sex party'" that was arranged by former Ambridge youth basketball coach Ralph Ruprecht.

Ruprecht pleaded guilty and is serving eight to 16 years in jail.
