A van crashed into a barrier on the McKeesport-Duquesne Bridge Saturday.
Police said the accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on the exit ramp to McKeesport from the bridge.
The driver of the van lost control and hit the curb and hit his head, police said. Then the van crashed into the barrier off the side of the bridge.

The van’s front two wheels were hanging off the edge of the roadway, but the barrier prevented the van from falling off the bridge.
It is unclear how severe the driver’s injuries are at this point.
