PITTSBURGH — A man died Thursday night after he was found shot in Pittsburgh’s Middle Hill District neighborhood.
The victim has been identified as Jeremy Edwards, 19, of Pittsburgh.
Investigators said Edwards was found shot about 8 p.m. on Shemp Way, but it has not been determined where the shooting took place. Paramedics found him suffering from a gunshot wound to the face and pronounced him dead at the scene.

“I was like, ‘Wow, it's kind of surprising, kind of shocking,’ but then again you never know you,” Theresa Turner, a neighbor, said.
