WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. - Wet roads caused a fatal accident Thursday afternoon in Washington County.
State police said Gary Visser, 53, of Hanover, hydroplaned on Interstate 79 north in Amwell Township.

His car struck a guide rail and a tanker truck.
Police said Visser was thrown from the car.
