Wind gusts could hit 30 mph in Western Pa. on Friday

Weather will be breezy around Pittsburgh early Friday, with gusts as high as 30 mph closer to the ridges of Westmoreland and Fayette counties.

An isolated shower will pop up after lunch and into early evening, but widespread rain is not expected.
