Police say a woman who accused a North Braddock police officer of sexual assault made it up.
Michelle Milliron is charged with making false reports and unsworn falsification.
Investigators say her sexual encounter with Mike Foley in April was consensual.

Foley resigned from the department last month after an ad featuring his picture was found on Backpage.
According to court records, text messages show Milliron threatened to report Foley because he wasn't returning her text messages.
She didn't come forward to police until after the news of the Backpage ad broke.
