PITTSBURGH — Emergency responders pulled two people, including a child, from a car that rolled over in Greenfield on Thursday morning.
The crash happened around 8:30 a.m. on Hazelwood Avenue near Frank Street. A woman and her daughter were in the four-door sedan went it ended up on its roof. Both were conscious and alert when emergency responders removed them from the car and took them to the hospital.

It was not immediately clear what caused the crash, but neighbor Christian Smuts said it isn’t the first time there’s been a problem at that intersection. In fact, it’s the second crash this week.
"We heard another loud crash outside our window," he said. "Looked out the window and saw a car upside down with a child hanging out of it."
Smuts' car was rear-ended in the same spot as Thursday’s crash. He has a rental car at the moment, and the car that flipped this morning hit it before rolling over.
"Crashed into our rental car," he said. "We got a rental car because our other car was totaled three days ago."
Neighbors call that stretch of road dangerous. Smuts wants a traffic study done or "some kind of indicator that people need to slow down."
