A woman told Channel 11 about a near-death experience after a gun went off in a Washington County bar.
Cassandra Wagner was in the bathroom at Black and Gold in Houston when the gun was fired Saturday night.
"i didn't even know what happened until everyone started picking glass out of my hair," Cassandra Wagner said.

Police say the bullet came from the men's room, went through the wall and into the mirror in the ladies room.
Wagner said the bullet was two inches from hitting her in the face.
Police are now looking for Desmond Lightfoot, the man with the gun. They are not sure if the gun was fired on purpose.
Wagner said she believes it was an accident.
