The California Highway Patrol waxed poetic on social media after citing a driver when bags of marijuana fell from a truck in Oakland, KTVU reported.
The CHP posted photos of the spilled marijuana on Twitter with the caption: "Roses are red, violets are blue, your spilled weed is green and we have a citation just for you."

The California Highway Patrol said the driver was cited for littering and for driving a commercial vehicle without the proper license, KTVU reported.
